We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing questions, and issue resolution - Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure customer satisfaction - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to customers - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally
