- Conduct sales activities for new and pre-owned vehicles - Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling and networking - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements - Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential buyers - Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals Additional Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong sales management skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets - Excellent cold calling and market research abilities - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the customer and the dealership - Proficiency in using sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools - Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills - Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively serve a diverse customer base - Ability to upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
