Responsibilities:
Scheduled Trash Collection:
Collecting and disposing of residents' trash and recyclables according to the designated schedule.
Ensuring timely and reliable pickup services within the assigned community.
Customer Interaction:
Interacting courteously and professionally with residents while collecting trash.
Addressing any resident inquiries or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
Equipment Maintenance:
Regularly inspecting and maintaining valet trash equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Keeping the collection equipment clean and in good working condition.
Documentation:
Keeping accurate records of collected items and reporting any irregularities to the supervisor.
Providing regular reports on daily activities and collected volumes.
Community Relations:
Building positive relationships with residents to enhance the overall community living experience.
Representing the company in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift and carry trash bins.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule.
